Peppa Pig, the little cartoon coach known to millions of children for their muddy adventures, now has a little sister named Evie, a British television program announced on Tuesday, May 20.
The series, which tells the story of Peppa, his parents Papa Pig and Maman Pig and his little brother George for more than twenty years, had announced pregnancy in February.

A special program scheduled for May 30
The baby’s sex was revealed in April when the fireplace chimneys in London have illuminated pink to show that Maman Pig was waiting for a girl. A special one -hour program entitled Peppa meets the baby It must be broadcast on May 30.
It will include ten musical episodes during which Peppa and George are preparing to welcome their little sister. Evie should appear in the series from autumn. A special series of stamps was also made to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the popular children’s television series, with Peppa and his friends.
The seals include Peppa and George, Suzy Sheep, Danny Dog, Pope Pig, Maman Pig, Papy and Mamy Pig in the main series, as well as a miniature sheet that shows the funny characters during a party. The series, co -edited by Neville Astley and Mark Baker, was first broadcast in 2004 on channel 5. Since then it has been transmitted in more than 40 languages and is available in more than 180 territories.
