The centerpiece of this sale, which will take place from July 15 to 19, is undoubtedly the sled of Kane citizen, Known as Rosebud and Key for the enigma in the heart of the Orson Welles classic. “Rosebud” is in fact the last word pronounced at the beginning of the Charles Foster Kane movie, shortly before leaving Xanadu.
