This Thursday, June 12 in New York, Judge Curtis Farber declared the violation procedure, the only file that had not yet been decided as part of the former film producer’s trial.
Recognized on Wednesday of sexual aggression to former production assistant Miriam Haley and acquitted for similar events against the Polish model Kaja Sokola, Harvey Weinstein saw the third procedure addressed to him during his trial in New York, the latter for violation, was declared zero this Thursday, June 12.
“I declare a zero trial for the only file that has not yet been decided,” Judge Curtis Farber said during a hearing in the Manhattan court. This procedure focused on an accusation of violation against the candidate for actress Jessica Mann in 2013.
