R. Kelly will not leave prison. Behind the bars for sex trafficking, the Fall Estrella of R&B VA its request to release home to be rejected by a federal Chicago judge this Thursday, June 19, reports several US media, including CBS News and Variety.

R. Kelly’s lawyers had submitted their emergency application at the beginning of the month and had justified it for the danger incurred in prison, according to them, by the singer. The lawyers also claim that the prison administration has recruited a member of the Aria fraternity to kill R. Kelly in Butner prison in North Carolina. The objective? Avoid revealing the plot in the alleged stolen mail.

Since the presentation of this request, R. Kelly’s lawyers have also accused the prison personnel of the butter prison of having caused an “overdose” of the singer.

The judge declares himself incompetent

In their opposition to this request, the United States government representatives described the accusations carried out as “fantasy” and “theatrical”.

Federal judge Martha Pacold motivated the rejection of the lawyer’s request because she was not competent to decide on these accusations.

R. Kelly “is currently imprisoned in the federal prison of butterflies in North Carolina, outside this judicial district,” he wrote according to CBS News. “It has not demonstrated a legal basis that justifies the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, its request in emergency (…) is rejected.”
