The Villa, called La Savannah, bought 4.9 million euros in 1999 for the Hallyday, had been put on sale in January 2018, first for 35 million euros, then for 26 million. This price was finally reduced to 10.5 million euros.

The newspaper specifies, however, that at the moment, the City of Marnes-La-Coquette has not received “official elements that attest to the sale of this property” and that the sale has not yet been completed.

Savannah is a nineteenth -century building with an area of ​​1,100 m², has 11 rooms, five rooms on two floors, one cinema, another for sport. Almost a hectare of land surrounds it, with a tennis court and a pool. A movie theater, another for sport. He was renewed in the 1980s.
