The drafts continue in the succession of Alain Delon. A year after the actor’s disappearance at the age of 88, Alain-Fabien, the actor’s youngest son wanted to have his will and assign his sister Anouchka and half-brother Anthony.
And then two other heirs could be invited in this succession. They are Charles and Blanche Boulogne, the children of Ari Boulogne, now disappeared, but who has proclaimed himself as Alain Delon’s son and had submitted a request for recognition in paternity. He is the son of the German singer Nico, with whom Alain Delon had a brief matter and was raised by Edith Boulogne, the actor’s mother.
His two children have undertaken, each on his side, a paternity request. This could “make them surprise the guests in the inheritance,” he emphasizes with BFMTV Laurence Pieau, co -author of a research book entitled The last days of the Samurai.
DNA tests
The Chamber of the Family of the Court of Appeals of the Poitiers, which examined the case, had to issue its decision on September 25, 2025. Anthony, Alain-Fabien and Anouchka Delon oppose the request for recognition in paternity, which could remodel the cards of his father’s succession.
Now several hypotheses are possible at the end of the Boulogne issue. Or the court declares itself incompetent on the issue, or declares itself competent and can then request DNA samples from Alain Delon’s children, if they agree to submit to it.
“Today, parents’ investigation is very easy, thanks to scientific progress,” he exhibits in the BFMTV Maître Sylvie Noachovitch microphone, a lawyer specialized in family law. “With someone’s little child’s DNA, now we can know whether or not there is a paternity link.”
