Miley Cyrus will lend her voice to the next soundtrack Avatar. The singer revealed on her social networks an excerpt from a new piece produced for the third part of the James Cameron saga, which will be released in theaters on December 17.
Baptized Dream as inThis title, co-written by the singer with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt, will be released on November 14, according to the American magazine Variety. Simon Franglen, a composer who is already in charge of certain titles on the soundtrack of the Avatar saga, also participated in the project.
“Having been affected by a fire and having to rebuild my life from scratch, this project has a special meaning for me,” Miley Cyrus said on Instagram, referring to the fire that devastated her Malibu home in 2018.
“Thank you, Jim, for giving me the opportunity to turn this experience into musical medicine. The themes of unity, healing and love explored in the film resonate deeply in my soul, and to be a part, even in a small way, of the universe created by the ‘Avatar’ family is truly a dream come true,” he added.
