Prince Harry is on his way to Balmoral Castle, Scotland, to attend the bedside of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, whose condition was deemed “worrying” by her doctors on Thursday. However, according to various British media citing the couple’s spokesman, he is traveling alone, without his wife Meghan.
The Duchess of Sussex could join him “later”, according to the same sources. However, she will not attend the charity event that the couple was going to attend this Thursday night in London.
The royal family at the queen’s bedside
Following the announcement from Buckingham Palace about the monarch’s worrying state of health, many members of the royal family flocked to the Scottish castle where Elizabeth II resides.
However, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and wife of Prince William, does not go there either because she is looking after her three children on their first day of school.
