Star Trek: Discovery is currently in production mode for Season 5 and after a extremely epic finale of the fourth season Fans are no doubt eager to see the start of Captain Michael Burnham’s next big adventure. It looks like showrunner Michelle Paradise has something pretty big in store for season five, as the first image and synopsis anticipate a massive mission filled with mystery and danger.

Coming out of the Star Trek Day celebration, the first details for Season 5 of Discovery are here, and it appears the crew are heading for a mission that will pit them against fearsome enemies and mysterious unknown forces (though perhaps nothing. mysterious as 10-C ). In season five, Captain Burnham and the crew of the USS Discovery uncover a mystery that takes them on an epic adventure across the galaxy in search of an ancient power whose existence has been deliberately hidden for centuries. But there are others on the hunt too … dangerous enemies who are desperate to claim the prize for themselves and who will stop at nothing to get it.
There is something about the ancient term power that it gives me a Indiana Jones I’m sure this power will create some sort of big problem if it gets into the wrong hands, but beyond that I think there are a lot of enthusiastic fans. Discovery the crew to embark on a mission where the fate of the entire galaxy is not immediately at stake (it seems we could see more space pirates , despite). Instead, it has the characteristics of a race between Starfleet and other major factions of the day for great power, which isn’t like many things in this corner of the world. A segment of the video showed Blu Del Barrio on the pitch with Mary Wiseman, which could be really good news for Tilly fans!
