Former US President Donald Trump will publish a book next year revealing his epistolary correspondence with celebrities including Michael Jackson, Princess Diana and Elton John, reports CNN.
According to the US channel, this book will offer reproductions of letters written by Donald Trump, or received by the former president and “will offer readers a more intimate look at his private life and social circles.”
“A very beautiful letter from Diana”
Donald Trump had already mentioned some of these letters. In 1997, he revealed in an interview conducted by Howard Stern that he had received a “very beautiful” letter from Princess Diana, who thanked him for a service she had rendered him.
“She wrote me a letter a few months before her death to thank me for a service I had rendered her,” he said. “She wrote me a very nice letter.”
Kim Jong-un’s letters?
It is not yet known if this book will contain the letters sent by Trump to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. In fact, Trump had declared in 2020, about the dictator, that they “fell in love” thanks to their correspondence.
This book, whose title is not yet known, will be Donald Trump’s second book since the end of his term. It will be published by Winning Team Publishing, a publisher founded by his eldest son, Don Jr.
