Sylvie Tellier says a moving goodbye to Miss France: “I’m turning the page”

Very moved, Sylvie Tellier spoke during the election of Miss France 2023, her years within the Miss France committee, which she left for other horizons.

“I’m turning the page of the Miss France book.” Very moved, Sylvie Tellier spoke this Saturday night, during the Miss France election, which will be her last as CEO of the company.

“I will continue betting on the influence of France,” he explained, after paying tribute to the regional committees.

In spite of their notorious enmity, Sylvie Tellier wished “much success” to Alexia Laroche-Joubert, president of the Miss France society, and to Cindy Fabre who will support her. The former director highlighted the mention of Geneviève de Fontenay, who was her mentor, and she also saluted the memory of Jean-Pierre Pernaut, a pillar of the contest, who died last spring.

“I love you so much”

“Directing Miss France is more than a job, it is a passion. Obviously I thank all the Miss France that I have accompanied from the coronation of Alexandra Rosenfeld to Diane Leyre ”, she continued.

“How excited I am, I love you very much,” launches the former director, leaving his usual reserve. Much applauded by the public, she thanks her family, who came tonight to support her.

“For the first time, my whole family will be there, my parents, my sisters, my husband and my children,” she told TV Mag.

Sylvie Tellier announced on August 31 that she was leaving her position as head of the Miss France committee. Position that she held for 15 years. Elected Miss France 2002, Sylvie Tellier also hoped to see her daughter Margaux one day follow in her footsteps on the Miss France stage.

“Perhaps one day I will be in your place to encourage my daughter Margaux in this magnificent adventure of Miss France,” he concluded.
