Chris Rock’s next show is presented in a trailer. For Christmas, Netflix has shared a preview of the new show from the American comedian, selective outrage which will be broadcast live on March 5, 2023 starting at 4 am in France.
This is a first for the streaming platform that has never tried live streaming content before and wants to diversify its offering to win back subscribers.
An unedited and uncut show
In this trailer, we see Chris Rock getting ready backstage for his show and then walking around the room backstage before taking the stage.
As Netflix states in their video description, selective outrage It will not include editing or cutting and risks addressing current issues such as the slap the comedian received from Will Smith on the Oscars stage in March 2022.
Chris Rock had first mentioned this incident during a previous show in New Jersey last July:
“That shit hurt me. But I got rid of that shit and went to work the next day. I don’t go to the hospital for a paper cut,” he said.
