Jeremy Renner’s snowplow accident on New Year’s Day sent shockwaves online and in Hollywood. Soon, wishes and prayers began pouring in from within and without the entertainment. Luckily, he received excellent care after the accident. He Marvel’s family had the actor in mind as she hulks Star Mark Ruffalo has asked Marvel fans to pray for him after he was airlifted to the hospital following his traumatic accident.
The Hulk actor used your Instagram account to send his MCU brother some good vibes after the traumatic incident. Ruffalo’s prayer message shouldn’t be too surprising considering how close the cast is (although Renner calls it out for not getting a tattoo of his fellow Avengers). The MCU star took a moment to repost an ET story about Renner’s snowplow accident. In his Instagram story, Ruffalo urged his followers to “send healing kindness” to Renner. He wanted the Hawk eye star in “a full and speedy recovery” by sending prayers to your fellow MCU star. You can check it out below:
That Marvel connection is still there even if Renner’s MCU future is uncertain. Ruffalo and Renner have shared the screen several times as Bruce Banner and Clint Barton, respectively, since the first avengers movie. The last time they played together was in 2019. Avengers ending. That doesn’t mean the shocking incident was far from Ruffalo’s heart. Now he hopes his prayers, along with those of the Marvel fandom, will help Renner recover faster and get his life back.
While details of the crash are still unknown, the Academy Award-nominated actor was airlifted to a local hospital near his residence in Reno, NV. Prior to his crash, Renner shared videos of himself driving and shoveling snow on Instagram for the past few weeks. Since the news of the weather incident, reports have surfaced stating that avengers Star suffered chest and orthopedic injuries. These injuries were severe, resulting in two surgeries and a stay in intensive care. There have been no further developments regarding the Hurt Locker star’s state of recovery after his team’s or her family’s surgery.
Before his traumatic accident, Renner was preparing Mayor of Kingtown Season 2, which will be available through a Paramount+ subscription on January 15th. She also made a cameo appearance in Netflix’s hit film Glass Onion: A Knives Out Story. Ruffalo hasn’t been far behind either, appearing in another hit Netflix movie The Adam Project in early 2022. He’s currently tied with the upcoming sci-fi flick Mickey 17 and the Emma Stone-directed film Poor Things. .
