Stephen Amell has already appeared in eight episodes of the flash, including the pilot and every installment of the biggest Arrowverse crossovers of years past. The last time Oliver Queen and Barry Allen saw each other was in part 4 of the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” event, where Oliver said goodbye to Sara Lance from Barry and Caity Lotz before dying as a result of the restoration of the multiverse. . with his phantom powers.
