Todd will continue to serve his sentence at a Pensacola minimum security prison, FPC Pensacola. Julie, meanwhile, will be serving time at Lexington Federal Medical Center. Julie Chrisley, though also charged with wire fraud and obstruction of justice, will serve a seven-year sentence. Her husband had asked for leniency in sentencing her given her role as custodian. Todd had literally said that Julie “should not be punished” with a similar sentence to hers and a judge had executed her.

Despite reports from prison, the Chrisley family is still fighting over the verdict. Before his report on Tuesday, Todd posted a video with the caption “fight the good fight.”
