With Law & Order: Special Victims Unit‘s longevity, it’s no surprise that one of the cast members achieves a remarkable achievement, and now a star is being honored with a major Hollywood award. After it was recently announced that Ice-T would be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the actor behind Odafin Tatuola had a pretty funny and on-brand reaction.
Ice-T, who has done everything from movies to TV to music and more over the last few decades, will finally earn a star on the famed Hollywood Walk of Fame later this month for his illustrious career. In response to the news about ChirpingThe rapper fondly recalled his time in Hollywood, alluding to more than a few arrests that occurred in Angle City at his vault:

It’s definitely a lot of things about Ice-T that bring back memories of being arrested in a city where you’re about to be honored, and it’s funny. However, at the same time, it’s also quite exciting to know just how far he’s come. The actor and rapper will likely get more lines as the ceremony approaches, and she’ll likely get a few more as he lands the star of him.
Ice-T joins a host of celebrities on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with recent winners including the Jonas Brothers, Octavia Spencer (who shared a sweet moment with Allison Janney) and Kelly Clarkson, who had a american idol meeting with the original judges when he received his star, among many others. I hope a little Law The elders will join him as well as the already confirmed guests, but we will have to wait for the ceremony to find out.
Chuck D, Dick Wolf e SVU Co-star Mariska Hargitay will be speaking at the Ice-T event, so it’s sure to be unforgettable. Announced soon after Ice-T ended rumors of a falling out involving Christopher Meloni, it’s clear that nothing is going on between them. Perhaps Meloni will make an appearance at the event and say something about her former co-star? Either way, it will be special and fun and exciting for the fans and for Ice-T.
Meanwhile, as Ice-T prepares to receive his star, fans are still hoping to see him as Fin SVU. He’s been playing the sergeant since season two of the NBC legal drama, and it doesn’t look like he has any plans to stop anytime soon. He talked about how he would like the Ending story to end, which is kind of grim, but hopefully we don’t have to see that happen for a while, if at all, which is preferable.
