Sued for defamation by her half-sister, Meghan Markle will have to testify

Meghan and Harry will be questioned in connection with the libel suit brought by the Duchess’s half-sister. Samantha Markle sued Meghan Markle in March 2022 for “defamation and harmful lies.” This complaint follows comments made by Meghan Markle in Oprah Winfrey’s 2021 interview.
