Would bachelor Zach Shallcross follow in Sean Lowe’s footsteps by getting married on TV?

Sean Lowe played a big part in Zach Shallcross’ journey The single person. The protagonist of season 17 not only gave bachelor ‘best advice ever’ before the season 27 premiere, but appeared multiple times throughout the season to help guide Shallcross, hoping the ultimate bachelor would find the same long-term success with Kaity Biggar that Lowe has with Catherine Giudici. So will Shallcross also follow in his predecessor’s footsteps when it comes to televised nuptials?

Zach Shallcross season 27 is over The single person with a three-hour finale, where the nation saw him get down on one knee and propose to fellow Austin, TX Kaity Biggar. The two told host Jesse Palmer since he got engaged You’ve already talked about moving in together, but has the new couple started planning the wedding? Shallcross and Biggar spoke to Gossipify’s Nick Venable about what they wanted for their big day, and when asked if a televised wedding was possible, Shallcross replied:

No, I mean, we know it exists. You know, ideally we talk about what we want, like an intimate personal wedding with family and close friends. I don’t know, it’s something you can visit. We don’t have anything set in stone, but it’s a safe conversation.

While no decision has been made, it appears Zach Shallcross and his fiancée have at least begun discussing their potential big day, with the bachelor looking forward to an intimate ceremony surrounded by friends and family. But it also doesn’t seem like they’ve ruled out a televised wedding outright, as Shallcross admits the possibility exists and is definitely worth discussing when they get anywhere near that point.

Saying “yes” against the United States would mean signing for a season of The single person which echoed Sean Lowe in many ways. Along with copious shower scenes, Zach Shallcross’ trip concluded in Thailand, where Lowe also proposed to Catherine Giudici. Lowe is still the only bachelor who made it to the altar with the woman he gave his last rose to, and now they share two sons and a daughter. The groom’s father officiated their 2014 ceremony, which broadcast live on ABC and was followed by many members of Bachelor Nation. Last January, the couple celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.

Zach Shallcross certainly hopes to replicate some of that success with Kaity Biggar, however, he learned the hard way during his season that not all of Sean Lowe’s decisions suited him. During Fantasy Suite week, Shallcross decided to try staying single with his last three wives. This plan failed, and the protagonist of season 27 spent most of his finale apologize to finalists Gabi Elnicki and Ariel Frenkel for his handling of the situation.

Only time will tell if Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar last long enough to make it to their wedding day and if we see them exchanging their vows on our screens!
