This text, whose adoption was uncertain, aimed to put state medical help to Mayotte for foreigners in an irregular situation, to deactivate the hospital there.

In his introductory comments, the deputy of the Independent Group Liot had described a saturated hospital, forcing residents who need “complex attention” or “see a specialist” to resort to health evacuations, called Evasan, to the meeting or France.
