The next step “implemented by the referent gynecologist and a reference radiologist is based on the realization of an endavaginal ultrasound by Pelvica MRI,” the authority continues.
Finally, if an operation is expected, a final step brings together several specialists and aims to “determine the evolutionary stage of the pathology to adapt the attention: the location of the lesions, more appropriate operational techniques …”.
