“Relief”: reopening of a butcher shop in Aisne, after severe poisoning in E.Coli

According to the last Bulletin of L’Ars Hauts-de-France, on Friday, June 27, 26 people were identified with severe digestive symptoms in Aisne. Among them, a 12 -year -old boy who did not survive. Six butchers were closed preventively.

Good news for an Aisne establishment, in the case of contamination in E.Coli. A carnage store was authorized to reopen, after 26 cases of severe food poisoning were identified in the vicinity of Saint-Quentin. The owners of the butchers store say their satisfaction on Friday, June 27 in the regions of France 3.

“It is a relief and, at the same time, the mystery remains complete,” greets the direction of the supermarket in which the butcher department meets local media.

“It is difficult to feel relieved, to look at the days that are presented more and, at the same time, know that families, children are still in the hospital. Especially with this drama of Little Enlise that died,” says the director of the large zone, Marc Legrand.

A large panel has also been installed in the supermarket, informing customers that the carnage store “is completely out of cause and bleached in the case of pollution.” The establishment can reopen as soon as the actions are rebuilt.

5 Always closed carniceras

On Friday, the Regional Health Agency of Hauts-De-France announced in a press release that the department of Butchery of Boucherie de L’Auchy, Rue August Delaune, “may resume its activity after carrying out the previous operations.” The tests were carried out in the establishment and proved to be “negative” in the E. coli bacteria.

On the other hand, the activity of five other butchers remains suspended. They are worried: La Direction Boucherie, Boulevard Henri Martin, La Boucherie Family, 3 bis Boulevard Gambetta, La Boucherie El Baraka, 52 Avenue Robert Schuman, La Boucherie La Fayette, located at 100 Ruestail and The Boucherie Ray of the TMS 1962.

“The authorities continue to perform analysis,” Ars said.

A boy residing in île-de-Franco contaminated

A total of 26 cases of severe poisoning, including 25 children and an older person were identified. Among these cases, that of a 12 -year -old boy, who died. Currently, 11 people are still hospitalized, when others have seen their condition improve and have been able to return home.

On Friday, the Prefecture reported a new case, that of a child residing in île-de-France that has remained several times recently in the Saint-Quentin region.

“At this stage, research and analysis continue to guide a nearby epidemiological bond between the capiterras identified and closed as caution and the first cases,” said the health agency.

On June 21, Saint-Quentin’s prosecution had opened a preliminary investigation carried out by involuntary homicide, involuntary injuries, danger and deception aggravated by the danger of human health.

The investigations were entrusted to the Oclaess (Central Office for the Fight against Environmental and Public Health), the BNEVP (National Brigade of Veterinary and Phytosanitary Investigations) and the Saint-Quentin Police Station.
