Fernando Medina guaranteed that all decisions he made “were in accordance with the law, in the fulfillment of what is the public interest, in the fulfillment of what is the public interest”.

In a written response to the Lusa agency, now Environment and Climate Action Minister Duarte Cordeiro said he was not aware of “any ongoing investigation”.
