An Easter weekend with European colors. The goal of the presidential camp? They hammer the date of June 9 to avoid excessive abstention and demobilization of their electorate. In general, the European elections are of little interest to the French.
According to a survey carried out by Ipsos, Cevipof, the Montaigne Institute, the Jean-Jaurès Foundation and published on Monday, March 12 in The world, only between 42 and 46% of the 12,000 surveyed intend to vote on June 9. During the previous elections in 2019, 50.1% of French people traveled.

“The operation aims to make people remember the date. And we will use this number 9 in other operations,” explains a senior executive.
Specifically, a visual will circulate on social networks and there will be an online game on the Internet in preparation for family meals this weekend. As in previous Christmas celebrations, activists will find elements of language to use as a family. For example, reply elements to respond to a family member who says that “Europe is useless.”
MEP Valérie Hayer will head the European Renaissance list. A list that occupies second place with 18% of voting intentions according to the same survey, ahead of the 13 points of the National Rally list led by Jordan Bardella.
