The association to combat corruption, Anticor, filed a complaint this Tuesday, July 29 before the Office of the National Financial Prosecutor (PNF) for a series of crimes that will probably be criticized by the national demonstration, their leaders and those who have financed the party in recent years, learned BFMTV.
According to our information, this complaint is aimed at crimes of “embezzlement of public funds”, “favoritism” and “illegal acquisition”.
“The objective is centralization for PNF”
Anticor’s goal is not to open a new judicial front against Marine Le Pen’s party and Jordan Bardella, but gather several cases in the hands of the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office, explains the lawyer of the Association Jérôme Karsenti.
“The objective is the centralization in PNF, the only parquet confident in understanding complex facts, related to the probity and the national dimension,” he said.
Before adding: “The second objective of this complaint is to demonstrate the systemic character of the bypass of the law and the enrichment of the RN, all driven by billionaires who, for ideological reasons, want the victory of the extreme right by all means.”
The complaint of the association refers to the case of loans granted by people to the party, treated by the prosecution of the Specialized Interregional Jurisdiction (JIRS) of Paris, another case of illegal financing of the electoral campaigns of the RN in 2020 and 2021 that involves the Billonario Pierre-Edouard Sterin, treated by the Marseille Prosecutor’s Office. Or, the European Parliament survey opened at the beginning of July 8 for suspicions of financial irregularities.
