In a BBC podcast, Tom Clare, an American lawyer who specializes in this type of litigation, said that “Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte, were going to present photographs and scientific evidence to an American jurisdiction to demonstrate that Macron Macron is a woman.” Expert testimonies must corroborate the aforementioned documents.
“Restore the truth”
He did not want to reveal in detail the elements that will be communicated to the judges, but said all the determination of the presidential couple to provide the demonstration that these accusations are false. “It is extremely disgusting to think that you must undergo this, present this type of evidence,” said the lawyer.
The American lawyer stressed the courage and determination of the first lady. “If the discomfort and shame you feel of the idea of exposing yourself is the price to pay to restore the truth and put an end to this situation, it is 100 % ready to assume this load,” he adds.
The president is not unscathed
Tom Clare acknowledged that Emmanuel Macron was particularly affected by these rumors. “Like anyone who has to deal with a career and a family life, when his family is attacked, he exhausts you. Being president of his country does not immunize him in front of that.”
