The president of the LFI group in the National Assembly, Mathilde Panot, promised on Friday to push the government back “in the chamber or on the street” on the controversial pension reform, whose guidelines Élisabeth Borne must announce in mid-December.

Mathilde Panot has already announced the participation of her movement in a demonstration on January 21, without ruling out other mobilizations before.
“We are going to coordinate with the different organizations, I saw that there was a call from youth organizations for January 21, there will be insubordinate France,” he explained.
He also claimed the right to “obstruct” the Assembly by submitting a series of amendments.

“We can return to retirement at 60 years of age and we will have a pension reform counter-project” with “a complete financing plan,” he also assured.
