Attacks on secularism at school: Pap Ndiaye assures that the State is “attentive” to warning signs

According to the ministers, more complete figures for the month of September will be published in early October.

Concerning figures, a minister who wants to be reassuring. Shortly after the disclosure of two notes from state services revealing an Islamist offensive on social networks calling on students to break the rules of secularism at school, the Minister of National Education, Pap Ndiaye, assures that surveillance of the Status on this topic.

The first note written by territorial intelligence and dated August 27 lists the strategies developed by the Islamist movement that students are encouraged to follow in order to circumvent veil law and destabilize the principles of secularism.

Therefore, you are asked to wear certain religious clothes, pray in schools, or create conflicts between school staff and students. The services fear that these Islamist messages spread even in sports activities at school and in particular during swimming lessons.
