Galamba port. Members of the Galamba cabinet accuse Frederico Pinheiro of lying in AR

Four of João Galamba’s advisers accused the former assistant this Wednesday of lying to the TAP Commission of Inquiry, reiterating that two people were attacked on April 26 and that video surveillance will show Frederico Pinheiro’s “cholera condition”.

“Following the information provided by Dr. Frederico Pinheiro to the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into TAP, the persons named by him in this regard point out that Dr. Frederico Pinheiro lied to the CPI-TAP about the April 26 incidents”, reads a statement sent to Lusa, signed by Lídia Henriques, Cátia Rosas, Rita Penela, Eugénia Cabaço and Paula Lagarto, from the Ministry of Infrastructure.

According to the same note, when confronted with Frederico Pinheiro’s intention to take the Ministry’s service computer, “where he was forbidden to enter”, he was “asked not to do so, and then fell two people who tried to stop him”.

“The video surveillance footage of the building will certainly show the state of anger that Frederico Pinheiro was in at the time, even throwing his bicycle against the facade of the building,” the note reads.

In addition, the targets point out that the photos of one of the “assaulted consultants show the violence of this aggression” and that “the medical report of the emergency room visit that morning proves the existence of aggression”.

The statement states that the PSP was called to the scene by the security of the building and by the women who witnessed the attacks, who reported the attacks and the theft, and that the competent authorities are investigating the facts and ensuring that the PSP was called out that night “because of the aggression that Dr. Frederico Pinheiro was the author of that night”.

“It is therefore reiterated that Dr. Frederico Pinheiro attacked anyone who tried to prevent him from removing the Ministry of Infrastructure’s computer, because it was false that he was attacked and not that he was the aggressor,” the same note read.

João Galamba’s former deputy, who is still being heard by the parliamentary committee of inquiry into TAP, denied today that he stole, stole or fled the computer assigned by the Ministry of Infrastructure, and also rejected the charges of aggression, claiming that it was only released in self-defense.

At the hearing, Frederico Pinheiro said he was “the one who was attacked and not the aggressor”, and said he had a medical report showing the injuries caused.
