The Portuguese rider Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia) abandoned the MotoGP Dutch Grand Prix this Sunday, the eighth race of the season, when he went into the pits 14 laps from the end of the race due to a breakdown on his motorcycle.
Miguel Oliveira had started in 11th position, but recovered five places in the match, moving to sixth position at the end of the first round.
The Portuguese rider fell, then, in the third lap, to seventh position, being overtaken by the Spanish Jorge Martín (Ducati).
However, when the braking failed, Miguel Oliveira would go out through the escape route, descending to 10th position.
The Portuguese rider would end up entering the pits of his team, RNF Aprilia, with 14 of the 26 laps scheduled for this race remaining.
