Barcelona has just confirmed the signing of Ilkay Gündogan on Monday.
The 32-year-old midfielder had finished his contract with Manchester City, and that is why he came to ‘Barça’ at zero cost.
The former ‘Cityzens’ player will be linked to the Catalan club for two seasons, that is, until June 2025. Barcelona also reports that Gündogan has one more season of option, starting in 2025.
Barcelona’s announcement also includes information about the player’s release clause, which reaches 400 million euros.
