Jasper Philipsen has won the third stage of the Tour de France

The Belgian cyclist Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) won this Monday, sprintthe third stage of the 110th Tour de France, in a smooth ride for yellow jersey Adam Yates (UAE Emirates), who kept the differences overall.
