Exclusive “Women’s football increases empathy for brand BPI”

BPI has been sponsoring the national teams since 2018, but it could stay with men’s football. Why bet on women’s football?

Because we believe that women’s football is a powerful tool for affirming gender equality and one of the most important pillars for the future development of the sport as it contributes to a greater involvement of women and families as a whole. As we moved forward, the path of growth was not so clear yet, but today we have confirmation. In the past five years, the number of federated players has almost doubled and we are constantly seeing new attendance records. It is also an opportunity to promote gender equality and opportunities in society. Our players are an example that can inspire other girls and women to fight for their “dreams”, whether in football or other areas of society. One of those examples is Kika Nazareth, with whom we have now entered into a partnership. A very young and talented athlete, who shows that it is possible to reconcile a career in professional football with a university study.
