The individual time trial of the 125 registered cyclists will begin at 3:21 p.m., with the start of the Spanish Guillermo García (Rádio Popular-Paredes-Boavista), and will end about two hours later, when the specialist Rafael Reis (Glassdrive -Q8- Anicolor) He hits the road at 5:25 p.m.
Before the winner of the prologue in the last two editions, the runner-up Frederico Figueiredo (Glassdrive-Q8-Anicolor), António Carvalho (ABTF-Feirense), Luís Fernandes (Rádio Popular-Paredes-Boavista), respectively third and fourth in 2022, Vicente García de Mateos (Aviludo-Louletano-Municipality of Loulé), Delio Fernández (AP Hotels&Resorts-Tavira-Farense) or Joaquim Silva (Efapel).
