The Portuguese cyclist Rafael Reis is the first yellow jersey of the 84th edition of the Tour of Portugal, after having won the initial prologue of the race.
The Glassdrive Q8 Anicolor driver was the last to start in the Viseu time trial and set the best time with three minutes and 58 seconds. The Spanish Txomin Juaristi finished second, with two seconds more, and Mauricio Moreira, with two seconds more than the winner.
This Thursday, the riders will start from Anadia for the first stage in a row. The arrival is scheduled for Ourém, in a finish with some climbs.
