Manchester City won the European Super Cup on Wednesday after beating Sevilla on penalties after drawing (1-1) in regulation time.
Manchester City dominated most of the match, but it was Sevilla who took the lead in the first half, with a goal from Moroccan Youssef En-Nesyri. In the second half, the English equalized through Cole Palmer.

With no further changes to the score until the end of 90 minutes, the match went to penalties. There the English won, winning the tiebreaker 5-4.
