Sporting’s visit to the SC Braga field, on the fourth day of the I Liga, is scheduled for September 3 (Sunday), the Portuguese Professional Football League (LPFP) announced Thursday.
This meeting takes place five days after Braga played the second leg of the Champions League play-off, against the Greeks Panathinaikos, and SC Braga’s match against Moreirense on the third day was postponed.
Champions Benfica plays the day before, at home, against Vitória de Guimarães, while FC Porto hosts Arouca on Sunday.
The fourth round opens on Friday, September 1, with Vizela receiving Gil Vicente, and closes with Sporting de Braga – Sporting.
