As reported by the Spanish radio station Cadena SER, Luis Rubiales will resign from his position at the Extraordinary General Meeting called for this Friday morning.
According to Spanish media, the president of the Spanish federation informed his team of the decision this Thursday morning.
The decision comes after the controversial kiss to the player Jenni Hermoso, after the victory of Spain, in the World Cup final.
