Dutch driver Max Verstappen (Red Bull) equaled German Sebastian Vettel’s record of nine consecutive victories in the Formula 1 world when he won the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.

Verstappen crossed the line 3.744 seconds ahead of Spaniard Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) and 7.058 ahead of Frenchman Pierre Gasly (Alpine), who finished third.
With this victory, the 11th of the season in 13 contested races, Verstappen extended his lead in the World Championship even further, reaching 339 points.
