The Portuguese international Daniel Podence, 27, will once again wear the Olympiacos shirt, from which he started in the 2019-2020 season at Wolverhampton, of the English Football League, the Greek club announced on Monday.
“During his time at Olympiacos, the player played 68 games, scored 13 goals and provided 14 assists. With the ‘wolves’, he played 105 games, scoring 16 goals and giving nine assists. In October 2020 he became international with the Portuguese team”, highlighted the Greeks on their website.
The striker had already played for the Piraeus shield in the 2018/2019 season, but also in the first half of the 2019/2020 season, when he went to the ‘wolves’.
“Daniel, welcome back to Olympiacos!” The club concluded, without giving further details about the operation.
