Moreirense and Sporting de Braga enter the field this Saturday, in Moreira de Cónegos, in a delayed match of the third day of the I Football League, in which the two teams coincide on the schedule and seek victory.
The European commitment of Sporting de Braga, in the Champions League play-off, which they successfully overcame and secured a place in the group stage, then forced, on the weekend of August 26 and 27, to postpone this visit to Moreirense.
The match, which takes place during a break in the I Liga, due to the teams’ commitments, will take place at the Estádio Comendador Joaquim de Almeida Freitas, starting at 6:00 p.m., and will be refereed by Cláudio Pereira , from the Aveiro Association.
Moreirense and Sporting de Braga come into this match with the same four points, after a victory, a draw and a defeat in the previous matches.
Last season, the two teams faced each other three times, always with the ‘Arsenalists’ victorious, in the two League games and in Braga, on the fourth day of the Portuguese Cup.
