The future of Sporting’s first team is assured. During this international break, between the under-16 and under-21 categories, Sporting transfers around thirty players to the national teams. “These figures mean that we have between 22 and 24 players from a very close generation playing in the national team. This guarantees the continuity of the quality of Sporting players in the main team,” says Tomaz Morais.
