The Spanish Public Prosecution Service requested this Friday to impose a 500-meter restriction order from Jenni Hermoso on Luis Rubiales. Last week, the Spanish Public Prosecutor’s Office filed a complaint against Luis Rubiales at the National Court, requesting an investigation into the crimes of sexual assault and coercion.

The position of the Public Prosecution Service against Luís Rubiales comes after Hermoso formalized a complaint with the Public Prosecution Service. The player guarantees, contrary to the manager’s claims, that the kiss was not consensual.
