The president of FC Porto, Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, dedicated this Saturday’s victory against Portimonense to Fernando Gomes, a former Dragons player who is hospitalized in the city of Porto.
“The whole team and I dedicate this victory to our friend and great champion Fernando Gomes. We wish him a speedy recovery, we all hope so”, the Porto manager told the club’s official channels.
FC Porto beat Portimonense 2-0 this Saturday, with goals from Otávio and Pepê. The dragons continue in the vice-leadership of the championship behind Benfica.
