Lank Vilaverdense, from League 3, eliminated Portimonense, from the I League, from the Portuguese Football Cup this Sunday, after winning 2-0 in a match on matchday three.
The team that leads Serie A of League 3, still undefeated, opened the scoring in the 31st minute, by André Soares, and scored the second near the end of the match, with Edmilson scoring at 90+2.
Lank Vilaverdense goes to the next round of the Portuguese Cup, while the Algarve team says goodbye to the competition.
