The president of Boavista, Vítor Murta, guaranteed that at the end of the day this Friday all the players on the professional team will have their salaries “completely regularized.”
“Today’s players [sexta-feira] They remain, as they say in popular jargon, updated. They will have their salaries paid for October and November,” said Vítor Murta, in statements to journalists, at the presentation of Ricardo Paiva as the new coach.
Ricardo Paiva was definitively promoted to technical command of Boavista until the end of the season, after having shared the interim succession of Petit with second coach Jorge Couto, the I Liga club made official this Friday.
Boavista, Leixões and Länk Vilaverdense had been notified by the Portuguese Professional Football League so that, within a period of 15 days, they could demonstrate salary compliance for the last three months.
