SC Braga tries to qualify for the fifth consecutive time for the round of 16 of the Portuguese Football Cup, receiving the secondary Moreirense, at the end of the fourth day.
Three-time champions of the competition, Braga, who are coming off a defeat against Casa Pia in the 1st League, host the leader of the Portuguese 2nd League, which reached the round of 16 the last two seasons
The two teams have already met twice in the Portuguese Cup, with Sporting de Braga qualifying on both occasions, in 1987/88 (3-0 at home) and in 2003/04 (2-1 at Moreira de Canons)
