Until Wednesday, the team’s work will remain in a free regime, that is, the athletes will only have the obligation to appear at the Cidade do Futebol for training, having complete independence before and after them.

Portugal has scheduled a preparation match with Nigeria, led by José Peseiro, on Thursday, at 18:45, at the Estádio José Alvalade, in Lisbon.

On Friday, the Portuguese delegation will leave for Qatar, with its debut scheduled for Group H of the 2022 World Cup on November 24, against Ghana, before facing Uruguay, on November 28, and South Korea, led by Paulo Benedict. , on December 2.

The 22nd edition of the World Cup starts on Sunday, with the duel between the host Qatar and Ecuador, for group A, and ends on December 18.
