This Monday, the Netherlands entered the 2022 Soccer World Cup, beating Senegal 2-0, in a Group A match decided with goals in the final minutes, played at the Al Thumana Stadium, in Doha.
The match, which ended the first round of Group A, was only decided after minute 84, first with a goal from Cody Gakpo, at minute 84, and then by Davy Klaassen, at minute 90+9.
With this victory, the Netherlands catches up with Ecuador, who beat Qatar in the opening game also 2-0, at the top of Group A, both with three points, while Senegal joins Qatar in the last two positions, without a score some.
