The Argentine National Team became the first finalist of the 2022 World Cup in Russia this Tuesday after beating Croatia 3-0, with a goal from Messi and a double from Julián Álvarez.
At the Lusail stadium, the Argentines scored the first goal of the night at 34′, by Lionel Messi, from a penalty. Even before the break, Julián Álvarez scored the second of the game by completing in the best way a counterattack by the team led by Lionel Scaloni.
The striker scored twice in the second half, on 69′, completing a play invented by Lionel Messi.
Without being able to answer, the crotas ended up falling in the semifinals of the tournament, after having been finalists in the 2018 tournament.
