France beat Morocco, this Wednesday, 2-0, and qualified for the 2022 World Cup final, where Argentina is already waiting for them, who eliminated Croatia this Tuesday. The decisive match is scheduled for Sunday at 3:00 p.m. (Lisbon time).
The Frenchmen took the lead after five minutes, thanks to Théo Hernandez.
Despite a few chances, the Moroccans were unable to equalize the score and, on the contrary, gave up Kolo Muani’s 2-0 lead, who had entered the field of play a few seconds earlier.
In the final, scheduled for Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in Lusail, France will face Argentina, champions in 1978 and 1986, who defeated Croatia 3-0 in the first semifinal. Moroccans and Croats play on Saturday for the bronze.
